Lady said she was calling from "The Valuation Office" - I respectfully asked the question "which Valuation Office" and she immediately put the phone down! Very likely a "scam" in my opinion - these types of calls should be legislated against in my view.

A lady rang saying she had already spoken to me a week ago (she hadn't), said she was working along side the Valuation Office and that we need a revaluation/review. I asked if she was from the Valuation Office and she said 'No', I asked if she was calling from a Ltd company and she said 'Sort of'. I asked what that meant and she hung up. Googled the number and it says Rates UK Ltd
