Received call. Caller mentioned my contact details had been obtained from a publicly available data base and he could help me 'protect' my computer. When I pressed him to provide the contact details of the database so I could correct some personal data they hold which is incorrect - which I should do under the DPA the line hung up. I suspect this is a scam.

Had a couple of calls from this number recently to inform me of the dangers of the internet and advising me to access a website (from which malware would presumably be downloaded to my computer). When pressed,, the caller claimed to be working for 'checkhelponline'. I'm sure it's a scam.
