   Definitely the NHS in Wales - they can't leave messages or specifics about the appointments (or even that it is an appointment) because of confidentiality and information governance.

   It looks like a reminder for hospital appointment , but like the APP it didn't work just one ring and hang up. Three to four times in one day.
   Had to block, if affected my appointment and I miss appointment it's completely the nhs falt.

   They called to "give their yearly crypto reports" whilst having my name. I hung up but its clearly some scam.

   Ringing this no back, recorded message claiming to be NHS & say they will call again. Some sites say this is an appt reminder, but it's certainly not that in my case. A search on my local NHS, Betwsy Cadwalader shows no knowledge of this number. I have now blocked this caller.
