    Unsolicited call for no reason from what is claimed to be an automated appointment confirmation service. Gives my name but no details of the appointment. Then asks to confirm identity starting with year of birth. If you call the number back you get the message “you have been called by a member of Plymouth NHS. If the call was important we will try and call you back shortly.”

    This is either an information scam OR if it is genuine they have gone insane thinking anyone in their right mind will enter personal information like this.
