The guy that keeps calling us is a real pain in the a**e, he will not accept that his rudeness has cost the company he works for, not that we would deal with such a high pressure tactics company.
Anyone that does deal with them has my sympathy.
Definitely doesnt understand the word NO......
Ended up hanging up only for him to call back and go through same process.
Have their number come up on display so just let it go through to voicemail!!! -

Continually phoning our business sometimes not saying anything at all. When they do speak very passive aggressive, questioning the way we run things, saying they've spoken to managers when they haven't and trying to convince junior staff of things that aren't true. Very untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs.

Pushy, urgent foreign woman saying she had to send the new electricity contract as ours runs out next week, unfortunately she had hold of an email address. Told her that was an old one then when she asked for the new one I twigged and told her the old one will work (it will for now). As noted by others we are on TPS to avoid this sort of harrassment!

VERY RUDE WOMAN WHO DOES NOT LISTEN WHEN I ASK TO BE REMOVED FROM CALLING LIST. Claims another member of staff has asked her to call back and lies incessantly when I tell her they have not. Very aggressive and ought to be shown the Data Protection Act.

Claimed to be Das Energy working with the Government to monitor energy supply rates and would check the rates we were offered at renewal against rates they could get from the same suppliers, but the started going on about they were trying to book 2017 rates for future renewals so clearing looking for a sale not at renewal. Reported to IOC as were are registered with TPS.

Very rude man who immediately starts talking at you from his script claiming to be from the Business Advisory Service & then asking to be put through to accounts (doesn't say please!). I asked who it was speaking as i didn't hear him the first time & he started talking over me asking to speak to accounts. (again no please!) Told him i can't put him through unless i know what it's about. He then said it was offering advice on preferential business rates on electricity & gas, not selling anything (yeah right!) so could he speak to accounts. (no please again!) Told him accounts unavailable & they don't want to speak to him, he then asked how would i know what accounts want? (as if they'd want business advice off this rude , ignorant man!) Told him no thank you not interested & hung up.

They are an energy broker but don't really tell you that; the name is meant to make you think they are some sort of official service. They won't take "we use an energy broker who I am very happy with" as an answer - very pushy and pretty agressive. very counterproductive tactic as it means I would never work with them. I get called multiple times a month by different people, although they often don't leave message. I now screen my calls as a result.

This number keeps calling my workplace asking for the purchasing manager. When told he's unavailable the caller asks for the accounts manager and finally the managing director.
Caller will not take no for an answer and is obviously reciting a sales pitch.
Very annoying. -

They are an energy broker and call asking for details of your utilities bills and suppliers. A colleague of mine began dealings with them after their first call, and soon grew sick of them - they call many, MANY times, asking for LOTS of information that is incredibly time-consuming to find. We are a very small charity with not many employees and they have wasted so much of our time. Very pushy and don't take no for an answer, unwilling to understand that if we want a broker, we will CALL THEM. I'm now ignoring their calls. One to avoid.

This is a company called Business Advisory Services who appear to be a genuine energy broker but they are aggressive and pushy on the phone. They don't really declare that they are a broker and ask for information on your energy bills. Having established they are a broker, I told them we have an energy broker we are very happy with. At this point most brokers act professionally and say "fine, keep us in mind when contract comes up" or ask for permission to call back when our energy contracts are up for renewal in two years time. BAS called me back the WEEK AFTER their original call. Does not give me much faith in their professionalism in other areas.

They kept calling and calling. Very rude person on the phone, trying to offer switching to another energy supplier. She was offended when I referred to her sales pitch. When I refused to provide any information, she was very rude. They are wasting our time!

Absolute shambles of a company, keep calling and asking for information as though they have already had a conversation with someone. Pressure selling at it's best, avoid like the plague. BAS please note we are not interested so please give up with the incessant calls.
