   Rang to offer me "Free" home improvements under a so-called Government/EU Funded scheme. The items then turn out to be VERY expensive indeed. AVOID. on the grounds of inherent dishonesty and not respecting the TPS code.

   A pleasant and professional-sounding female phoned claiming to be on behalf of 'Spring summer Campaign Funding' offering a free survey to see what building work might need doing on my property, and offering - 'no obligation' - to fund one third of whatever the cost of work needed. She was persistent but friendly, trying again the next day. Obvious confidence trick and cowboy company at bets, for which she is the front of.

   Unsolicited call to a number on the TPS register. Caller was polite and offered to remove my number from their database, hence rating of 8 rather than 9.
