Pretty much same story as everyone else here ; they try to make our out I am entitled to a ' claim'.Last time they did this I asked to be removed from their call list but it's still happening so now they're blocked.I have no idea how they found my information!

I used to work for this company. And myself have rung a few people. But the agents that work there get forced to do this. They littraly have no choice. There calls get listened to by managers and if they don't push and push they get sacked. Plus we get told to say stuff like yeah we have got on our system that you have had so and so. When they actuly have no idea. All I can do is say sorry to those who I may of phoned. But I got sacked for not pestering people . This company is a piece of shit and it deserves to be closed down plus there are haireing prisoners. So you could of talked to somebody who A drunk driving killed a child.
b armed robbers And C drug dealers. Some staff are normal though.

Second call received from this number. The first time they hung up as soon as I answered. The second time, I answered it, the bloke said that they were from "Consumer Helpline ", and "ringing about any finance [I'd] taken out in the past ten years and any miss-sold PPI ", as soon as he heard me say that it was an "unsolicited call", and that "I'm ex directory", the bloke hung up!
I dialled 1471, and the above number appeared. When I tried several times to ring them back, I've got a computerised message "Nobody is available to take your call at the moment. Goodbye", and then the call gets ended by their system! Do NOT trust them!!! -

Calling me to follow up a PPI claim from a few weeks ago(which never happened) I didn't give them any details but they already knew a few things about me (name,home & mobile no. And what bank I use!) Asked me to give more info (card details, previous addresses) scam if I ever see one!!

Clearly an illegal marketing scam. They think of anybody's name when they call and then, when you say you aren't them, they just carry on, saying that what they are selling will probably interest you anyway. Con merchants.
