they rang me this morning and asked to speak to a MR,S C....... I said i dont know anyone by the name of Ess. She tried tried to explain that S was the initial and not the name. I explained to her not to ring me if she dosnt know who shes talking to, and she even had the gaul to try to make me answer security questions first,haha. I politely told her not to ring me again and told her to P-Off but i did explain what the initial P stood for. She did then say she would remove my number from her list. hopefully that is that. sometimes you just have to be a bit rude back

This is Akinika, chasing VAT payments for HMRC.
They blame HMRC for not being able to leave a message or explain themselves properly.
And the confusion/problems when people naturally take them as spam or fraud.
But probably love the extra they can charge, for the further action that results in!

Left two messages and asked to speak to a relation that has never lived here. I rang company and they asked if I had the same surname, told them I didn't, they asked if he had ever lived here, then asked for my home phone no. Gave it to her and she said that it had been deleted, I asked if they had my address, lady got very rude and told me not to worry about it anymore and then put the phone down. Why she should be rude to me I don't know. It my address that will have the bad debt attached to it.
