Despite having blocked them many times, somehow they keep managing to send me emails and messages, plus I get the notification of voicemails being left. Complete frauds, have no power and make up names/sums of money. Never give them any personal details.

Has been harassing me for a week. Calls (which I've locked but still can see received call history), text and voice message. I contacted them that I have dealt with PayPal directly as they are not trustworthy and it is not my problem if PayPal did not inform them.
Today they left me a voice message calling me a b * t c h.
Seriously? These monkeys didn't even get my name right. -

I had this company first phone me for a Tv license debt which was paid and now a paypal debt which I was scammed from and paypal has not helped me at all! I suspect they're genuine however I don't know a lot about them

keep receiving scam letters from them. when I phoned 2 months ago after 1st letter thought they got the message debt nothing to do with us! this time phoned it and no answer.and it was a different number from the 1st letter

Claims to be a debt collection agency on behalf of Paypal (Yes I do have an ongoing dispute with Paypal), Google seems to support this fact.
However after he asked me to confirm security details, I told him no - and I will only discuss/deal with Paypal direct.
He told me I'd receive a letter and email from them, again I said unless it comes from Paypal - I ain't dealing with you.
Caller hung up. -

Sorry to say but this is a legitimate company working on behalf of ebay and paypal. They contact you when you have an outstanding balance and you haven't paid it.

This telephone number belongs to a debt recovery place called IQOR recovery services. They email fraudulently on behalf of Ebay and other places. DO NOT CONTACT THEM.
