Rude little madam. I rang back because I missed call. 5 times I asked what I could do for her as she had rang ME. Tried to speak Welsh over me & calling by wrong name. When I finally became cross and said frustratingly “What do you Want?” She put the phone down. I suggest she take her Energy Solutions & try them out first where the sun doesn’t shine!

Knew my name and address from over 4 years ago. When i said i no longer lived at the property he asked if i was a homeowner in my new property, i said no and the call was ended. Very quick and polite for a nuisance call...

They keep ringing. Woman with Welsh accent trying to lull me into a false sense of security by intimating she confidently knew my name and address, talking over the top of me constantly. Told her thanks but we don't need a new heating system, to which she replied "what, not even for free?" Complete nuisance and pointless.

Called the number back. Very pleasant welshman answered to a contact centre. Talking about a government grant scheme in the devon area for homeowners like myself (I'm not a home owner)
I advised him of this and he was very nice and said he would update his records and we ended the call. No problems at all. He knew my name and the address just by my phone number which must have come up when i called back. -

Call from a welsh lady claiming I had been referred , despite not knowing my name and giving a former address. I said I’m not interested in saving on gas as we don’t have it, she then asked for me to confirm my details so she could check, I refused and asked if she was calling me a liar . To which she replied , well most of you lot are... amazed at this woman’s sheer inability to grasp simple concepts I asked she remove me from the mailing list, she laughed (more like a cackle ) and said “no don’t think so, you will get called daily now for messing me about” then hung up.
Will now be researching where this office is and perhaps drop by to see if their customer service is as bad face to face .Head replied 4/8/19, 5:52 PMLooks like we’ve got a badass here -

Began as a very pleasant conversation with a Welsh woman who pretended that she'd called the wrong number by mistake. Suddenly began trying to sell me something to do with heating, it was a real shock! Never had this type of wicked, surreptitious, sneaky cold call before! I instantly said "oh you STUPID woman; if you wanted to sell me something, why play games like this!" to which she began an abusive retort and I hung up. Infuriating. That Company and its shifty, devious entrapment of people is NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

Rude when told them I was on TPS, marketing call for Boiler replacement. Claimed to be 'Government backed' National Energy Helpline but they're distorting the truth to make them appear Kosher.

She got so feed up with my giving her the silent treatment, that she left a heavy breathing message on my answer phone, but did not hide her number!

This number has been calling me on and off since 2017. I have a truecall machine so it outs them through to a “don’t call again” message and it doesn’t stop them. Going to report them to ofcom and ico.
