Phoned knowing my name and address which I am very unhappy about. The man said he had proof that I had paid PPI as part of former and current credit cards. I said I hadn't and he was extremely insistent. I was very polite and even said he could call me back after I had made some enquiries but he shocked me by being extremely rude and hanging up! As usual I could hear all the other telesales people pitching away in the background.
