Who are these people? Do they get paid to hang up on you. If so, I want that job
-
1st call from them, normally i don't pick up the house phone but i did on this occasion and didn't say anything for a few seconds as i know it could of been a cold caller and as soon as i said hello they hung up
Steveee replied 2017-07-20 19:33:01Normally i don't pick up the house phone.

Calls on daily basis on this and another number very similar. Tries to get you to sign up to ppi reclaim offers of loans asks lots of sensitive info. Driving me mad.. Number now blocked.
-
I received a text from them "We have been trying to contact about your past claims...".
Avoid them. -
Rang my husbands mobile to tell him he'd been in an accident in the last year and he could get £000's.
Didn't seem to be a problem when I told them he'd been dead 5 yearsDave replied 2017-11-01 16:08:10No we never we do ppi
Liar! -
I made the mistake of answering on one occasion. The number has continued to call me, and I have variously picked it up and just waved the receiver about, or let it ring. I am minded to take it further, possibly with the constabulary, as I should like to know how they got my number.
-
do not answer the calls, it confirms they have a live number
-
Second call from a company trying to push PPI claims after i told them no and they assured me they would take me off their lists! Grrr
dave replied 2017-11-01 16:09:00we don't have 'Lists' -
Called mobile from Premier Financial - Said they are working on behalf of WatchDog about mis-sold Bank Accounts. Have I paid a premium for Mobile phone insurance (NO), do I bank with Barclays, Halifax or Santander (No)... so... Who do you bak with... (GOODBYE!)
-
They called and asked to speak to Mrs "X"- who pays the bill. Mrs X does not use this mobile number and would never give it out alongside her name. Therefore someone has stolen/sold this number and her name from the phone provider- o2.
When I said that the number was not Mrs X's the man on the phone apologised and said he would remove my number from the system- only time will tell whether this happens.Sue replied 2016-03-31 14:11:55I had my suspicions it was O2 that sold my details. I ported my number last year from o2 to EE and have since been bombarded with spam calls and texts now too as I stopped answering the calls.Steve replied 2016-04-01 16:40:18oh no some one stole your number quick call the police pffft get a life. complain about unemployment but complain about people doing there job -
Called on the half hour (which is a dead giveaway for cold callers) - not payign attention so I hung up. Why do they do it? Wasting my time as well as theirs and I'm not likely to answer a second time am I?? (barred call)
David Love replied 2016-02-09 18:40:16Called on the half hour?
what are you blabbering on about -
Heavy breather,,,not much else

Similar to PPI calls. This was about my bank account not to be trusted

Asked where the got my number from they said I had been on a Thomson flight and they sold them my number. While I have had this number I have never been on a Thomson flight or holiday
-
when i answrered nobody there then it clicked and somebody was talking to their collegue and not me told them to feck off and they hung up.
-
Received a call from them today. A pre-recorded message said it was from premier financial and that no-one was able to speak to me (glad that was the case, because it was probably a cold call!).
-
I did not answer and they left no message, can't be that important then can it !
-
according to their website they are one of hundreds of companies claiming they can get your PPI back. .at a fee.
