    Outsourced call centre for orange, on security list on orange website, I ordered ipad for Xmas didnt take my bank details but obv did a credit check. My ipad turned up in time with the full EE data set up.

    Missed call the other day, no one there when answered today. Answered again later on and said was from ebay calling about international sales offer. He didn't know I don't sell abroad. Ebay is usually unknown or 020 so number didn't seem right. Also usually an Irish accent from ebay, this was very English accent. Didn't get any further as I said I wasn't interested. Usually ebay confirm more than just 1st name to make sure they are speaking to account holder, he didn't confirm anything other than 1st name.

    Just got a call from Órange'saying I was entitled to an Ipad for being a loyal customer. I confirmed my name, address and dob but then they asked for my bank details which they should know already if they are in fact Orange. So I cut off the call. Complete shams and fraudsters. Be careful!

    Its a call centre employed by EE. Your age is asked not your DOB and never your bank details. Why do people slate companies when they haven't a clue.. My details where address age and current handset to check I was in fact the customer. 5 days later my new S4 came all EE with £15 per month off the normal cost

    Well they just asked me my Date of birth and for my address and started on the bank route, I appreciate these guys are just trying to make a living but with so many fraudsters out there they need to be more transparent, from the start say that they are a separate company offing deals for EE not that they are EE. Its all about trust and unfortunately these days you can't trust anyone.
