Same as others- I gave a one-off £3 donation and received lots of calls to thank me and to ask if I could do a regular direct debit. Since agreeing to a £2 monthly DD the calls have increased. I get at least one daily- not on and have blocked the number and will cancel the direct debit. Bad luck Oxfam- you need to change your approach.

Rang off when I answered. Rang back to get an answerphone purporting to be Oxfam. Highly annoying. I already give regularly to Oxfam but I'll reconsider if these calls continue.

i donate a small sum a month to oxfam. however they have called every single day for the last 3 weeks. i ignored them until now as they will just ask me for more money. they have just lost a donation.

This number calls to an Ex Directory number almost daily and it has become very annoying - if they want help then leave a message - stop annoying people - this is Cold Calling and needs to stop.

The first call i got from them was to say thank you, then quickly turned it into a "can you afford more?" call, this was before they had received my first donation. They will get this on the 22nd Oct, then they will lose my donation to a local charity. 20 phone calls in my first month donating is ridiculous and tantamount to harrassment. And even when you call back all you get is an answerphone

Ditto with the one off text donation - wish I'd never donated. If I wanted to set up a direct debit I would, on principle that they must have spent 10x my donation amount on calling me I wouldn't donate again anyway!
