This number called while I was out. I did not have time for checks when I got home (most calls I get are of the nuisance variety) so did not ring back. Afterwards I discovered it was the Talk Talk imposters who have been bothering me for a couple of years.

apart from my previous report on this, there are other ticks yu canuse to dissuade them to all you again:
pick up and say: XYZ town police station, fraud department, can I have your case number please?
or: This is Ukranian Embassy, crime fighting section, who can I record called?; or say: just one moment please, I call Mummy! then go and carry on watching your fav tv prog; or: this the institute for the criminaly insane, who is your handler please? - or the list is endless - and so much fun!!!! -

I wish I had been in when they called: I always give them such hell, they wish they'd never been born!!! I pretend I do not understand or am hard of hearing or am in a nursing home or I am a child, or a tenant, or just plain simple stupid as 2 short planks! they called 2x lately: my phone goes on the answer machine after 2 rings - they never left a massage; I shall watch out for this call - I need some fun AND no danger of getting pregnant!

The faker knew my name because of leaks of information by Talk Talk, who last year denied my details had been released. He wanted to know how I was doing today. It was 8.10 a.m. I did not have much time so instead of telling him what I thought of him, after he had told me he was from Talk Talk, I told him to speak louder because he was not clear enough. He quickly rang off, so I was able to get on with what I was doing
