For about the 20th time. I'm on tps as well and good ole Julie has promised to remove my number so many times. This company lies (I've not been in any car accident and you know it!) and they treat removal requests with contempt.

called to say I was involved in a car accident. I demanded to know how they got my details and they said they were provided by the RTA Department, (Road Traffic Accident Dept) - a blatant lie; such a department does not exist.As my daughter had recently been in a car accident I was not sure where they got there details from but as the insurance co is already dealing I was sure it was not from them and having seen other comments they obviously just take a punt. Frankly found their attitude presumptive and very rude.

Accident claims. My details were sold on by Enterprise Rentacar years ago unlawfully after a car crash. I am on TPS list so this company are breaking the law by calling. Despite this law, TPSonline.org are powerless to stop it so what is the point of a list? The ICO don't do much to help either.

This number rang me out of the blue. A lady introduced herself and said she was calling from Sigma Insurance. She said she understood I had been involved in an accident (I haven't) that wasn't me fault; and was that right? I said no and asked her to remove my number and any other information about me she might have on her database. She hung up without response.

Received a phonecall from this number, it was a young woman who was clearly quite happy to tell complete lies for a living...she said 'I've been told you've had an accident for which you are not responsible for, is that right?' No, it's not right and I'm offended that she would dare to start up a conversation with a blatant lie like that.

.we understand you have been involved in a car accident in the past 3 years I asked her where and when she then said she would take me off the call list... 2 hours later same woman called back on a similar number .... sheach was given a piece of my mind. Both numbers blocked.

Rang today - said she knew I had been in a crash that was not my fault. Realising this was a fishing expedition I lied back and said yes, I've been in lots of accidents as I'm a police officer...she hung up!
