I’m recovering from a medical operation and they have called me incessantly the last several days. They just called me again, 11 times in a row. I woke up and answered the last call and it’s an aggressive salesperson from hello fresh, offering discounts from some “lottery”. I used hello fresh once before and thought it was overpriced; they often got my order wrong and food often went bad before I could make it (single adult household). So no, I don’t want more hello fresh even with a discount. Finally blocked the number after receiving over 40 calls in three days!!!

Caller asked me to confirm if she was speaking to me before confirming that it was "Katie from Hellofresh". She was calling me to advise me that I had won a spinning wheel competition on facebook or instagram. I don't have facebook and I don't follow Hellofresh on instagram so I was all the more suspicious and hung up.

This was a call centre working for Hello Fresh.They sell packs of ingredients for meals and somebody suggested to them that I might be interested in them. Simply a salesman on the line who was a bit pushy but harmless. Did not let him go on but I think it was about some sort of competition offering a discount
