   stated that my 78 year old mother in law had an arrest warrant issued in her name by the HMRC. Disgusting. Police informed and they requested reporting it to Action Fraud who were nothing short of useless as their website and chat did not work!

   Same as previous comments HMRC debts and arrest warrants obviously scam but vulnerable people would be worried. I wonder how this can be officially reported. I'm sick of these kind of dreadful calls
