I requested a brochure on line one week ago and gave my phone number and address of where brochure should be sent. I have had numerous calls about this, both on landline and mobile. I tried to return the call initially but could not get through. I have answered a call and they were seeking more information from me. I've had miscalls from this number every day for 5 days. This is concerning as 'bathing solutions' clients are more likely to be vulnerable older adults requiring assistance with daily living. Therefore potentially vulnerable to an intense sales pitch and harassment.

I emailed them to send me a brochure but now they are calling me which is annoying as i just wanted to see what they had available. Not going to order just browsing which i thought that i wouldn't have to get a call to confirm something that i have already written which really defeats the whole object. Understand that its all sales to them but also need to realise that only asked for a brochure and if i have any questions i would call them myself.
