   THIS NUMBER KEEPS RINING MY MOTHER WHO IS 82, SHE IS SO FRITHTENED NOW AND RANG ME I LIVE IN CYPURS, SHOULD THIS BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE? this people are sick and they wanted to know if she lives on her own, whats all this about, I am now so worried,

   You can see that I have had these people call me too. Your mum can be reassured that they are "just" telemarketers but they are really annoying. Just tell your mum not to engage in conversation with them but to hang up. I find these calls go in cycles, I get lots of them for a week or two, then none for a few months. I don't think the police can help but her phone company could be contacted and see if they can block this number. The only problem is that I've had the same calls from different numbers.

   This number calls regularly asking for Mrs McGee. Always a foreign sounding voice. I think they know it's not McGee but they want to engage you in conversation? I just hang up but it is so annoying. They must be trying to sell something I suppose.

   After saying "hello" a few times I eventually had a foreign sounding woman ask if I was Mrs Choo. I hung up immediately as we are always getting calls starting this way; usually they show on our display as International, but this is the first time we have had one from a UK number.
   With the "international" calls they always hang up whether I answer YES or No to if I am Mrs Choo. So I've no idea why they are calling.
