Just has another call using a variant of the number - 01938887689 rather than 00441938887689. This time a very nice Asian sounding man called John, supposedly calling from our IP (no name given) told my wife we have problems with our router, she put the phone down.

called 5 times in 2 hours claiming my router had been hacked, when asked they claimed to be calling from BT, they sounded like a south asians

Claimed to be from BT and said did we know our hub needed updating and would need daily adjustment...sounded like a caller from India.
