Called as I was leaving for an appointment and asked for my recently decesed mother, when told she was dead they tried Ms &*£%*£ as an option refering to ME... I AM NOT A WOMAN! Then when told she was dead AGAIN stated that I could answer their questions... The gov deparements responsible for benefits had already been informed of her death WEEKS earlier AND there was the typical tellmarketing cold call delay before they spoke... I told them what I thought of them and hung up. THIS CRAP NEEDS STOPPING! TPS registered AND X-Directory... and they STILL CALL!
