A woman with a foreign accent said she was called Shirley phoning from claiming to be motor incident investigators claiming I was in a car accident. Yet again I had an accident that I was not aware of and yet again no specific date provided, just within the last 60 months.
Annoying Claim Chasers or perhaps a Scam phishing company who make their money out of the unwary, as these idiots phoned me from another Digital Mail London scam number. Tried to convince me she was from Manchester, but actually South Africa again in their voices. I knew as like most in here, I am still getting unwanted calls from these foreigners. If you block them, they will go around the block with another 020 3000 number, supplied by Digital Mail. I am not changing my telephone number for them to stop harassing me in their illegal accident claim scams. Contacting Digital Mail on 020 7060 2000 is the only logical option at getting rid of these nuisance foreigners based in South Africa. -

Constant calling my mobile everyday with their insurance scam, even though I keep threatening them with police, these foreigners seemed to laugh at me as if they are above TPS and the law. These foreigners have been using lots of different telephone numbers belonging to Digital Mail. So you can never completely get ride of these calls, with a simple block on your mobile. The support team at Digital Mail claims these calls are spoofed, but these scam calls have been going on for ages. These calls are not one isolated incident, as I have to deal with these foreigners for close to several years. Digital Mail sells these numbers to almost anyone and makes huge profit on our misery. 020 3000 XXXX are VIRTUAL DIGITAL MAIL TELEPHONE NUMBERS, meaning you can have a 020 number anywhere in the world, and make it seem like you are in London, but probably South Africa.

Caller claimed to be from vague named company calling about a non-existent accident. I tried to reported them to TPS as I'm registered, but TPS say the company details cannot be verified, due to a lack of a UK physical address. TPS says it is harder to trace these callers, because of their vague company name. Also asked them to remove me from their calling list several times, and they refused to remove me every time. Now I will take the advice and ring Digital Mail soon on 020 7060 2000, and I hope Digital Mail will one day sort out their clients once and for all. So we don't get constant bombardment of nuisance calls from Digital Mail's foreign clients. These clients who use their 020 3000 telephone numbers to make it appear they are calling from London, when they apparently they are not.

Rang me today to talk about a motor accident I never had, when I asked to be removed from the call list became very aggressive and rude, calling me stupid and acting like I don't understand what I'm saying. Horrible people, who would ever work for a company that makes you speak to someone in such an aggressive manner.

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from.
This company called Digital Mail Ltd needs to be stopped, can't someone do something about these calls? This company can't do anything, other than claim the calls is not originating from them and what law is to protect us from this idiocy. I get several of these calls every day, the automated calls go on after I put the phone down. I can't dial out, people can't reach me until they put the phone down. It is damaging my business, yet they can keep calling without any sort of penalty?
I don't understand why a law can't come in where companies like Digital Mail are barred from spoofing UK landlines to dupe you into thinking these are calling from within our country as mentioned on http://notes.dmclub.net/1094 how to spoof dmClub numbers (this is Digital Mail Ltd brand name) from anywhere in the world on any telephone number. The company directors should be fined and disqualified from operating as a UK Telecoms company, as they are pretending the calls are not coming from them. This company is making such a huge profit at our expenses. The company has been aware of the problem and does not want to take action and yet get this sorted out as their main priority of having a clean proper telephone network like BT, or I would not cringe every time a 0161 939, 020 7060, and 020 3000 numbers calls my business line. For everyone information, these scammers have been ringing my business phone under different numbers like their other number is 020 3000 7609. Please do share the pain back with them Digital Mail's telephone is 020 7060 2000, please do call them back!!!!
