had a call from this number about 10 mins ago, foreign voice asked for sky account holder, said that warranty had expired, described the type of box we have, said new warranty could be taken out with special offers. Told them I wasn't interested and hung up.

Told my sky box was out of insurance and wanted me to renew.As I never have had insurances for it and it is about 10 years old,they said I should insure quite insistent but I was having none of it so they put the phone down

Rang to try and renew my Mum & Dads sky insurance. Luckily my Mum & Dad's carer put them onto me this time and I did some quick checks and found that this is not genuine. Sky should take some action against this company as they purport to represent Sky. My Mum & Dad have lost £150.00 but luckily their credit card had expired. The chap sounded Indian, but claimed his name was Mark Logan...rubbish.

Criminals -- this was a silent call. I am signed up to TIPS and hence should not receive these calls. Therefore these people don't care about the law, and so must be criminals. No one in their right senses does business over the phone, I certainly do not under any circumstances. Another number for the call blocker
