   Rang both my home and mobikle number but on both occasions just hung up when it was answered. For the future I'll just let it ring.

   rang me up and knew my name and address. Asked how they knew and he said it was from the UK homeowner database. Said I wasn't a homeowner and I was on TPS and ex-directory so he had no right calling me. He kept insisting it wasn't a sales call and he just wanted to qualify me for a grant.

   I have had 2 calls from this tel no this evening. The first one cut off when I answered and the 2nd one asked for me by name. I told him I wasn't in so the line went dead. I've had a good laugh at the above comments though!!

   Offering 100 % insulation. Said I wasnt interested as when ready will talk to local council. He advised that council will only deal with council properties which is blatantly untrue. Asked me about my nationality and then insulted me when i refused to answer such a irrelevant/private question. Be aware.
