   Looks like a purchased 'London' number. Judging by number of searches on various sites must be a spam / harassment call. As other say u can't call it back must rank as dangerous . I have blocked them. So should you.
   
   Ofcom if you are really out there doing anything get your act together and sort out the telecoms industry. Poor service and continuing escalation of phone scams only serves to prove laws currently in place are useless but then so is Ofcom!!

   One of those nuisance "we hear you've had an accident" calls
   Should have known, is Saturday morning!
   I said no I haven't, asked her to take my number off her calling list and put the phone down
