   Yet another tosser preying on the uninformed and gullible. He was confused when I told him I was sitting in a room with 3 servers and 15 desktops and laptops. He gave up when I informed him that I was a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. This is the first time I have received this type of call from what "appears" to be a London number. Surely the police can go after this lot if they are in the UK

   Haha who are these idiots, they are quite persistent and when I repeatedly told the guy to give me his number or I would call the police he very nicely told me to eff off, charming.
   Don't get drawn into this trap please.

   I have experienced this call before and have seen the warnings in the newspapers, do not let them assist you. There is no way that they can monitor your computer without you knowing (unless you have a seroius virus). I have in the past had some fun with them, do so your self if you have time. Play the idiot and keep them on for a long time, run up a phone bill. my record is 1 hour and 23 mins.

   Had a call this morning from 02030259569. Said he was from Windows Technical team and that my computer was sending error reports all the time and jamming the server! When I asked how he had my landline number he said that I had a broadband account, which actually isn't true. He then put the phone down abruptly.
   Looking at the amount of comments about this number on the internet, its obviously a scam. They want access to your computer, so don't give them that.

   The two people who spoke to me were very persistent, trying to get me to follow their instructions so that they could see why my computer was sending them error messages. I said I would wait for my son to arrive and have a look for me,to which they replied that I could do it myself without help, if I just followed their instructions. When they could see I wasn't doing as they told me, the chap talking to me was rude, then ended the call abruptly. I'm not totally gullible, but can see how easy it might be for someone to fall for this. I believe they were just trying to gain access to my computer for malevolent reasons.

   Just had a phone call telling me that my computer was sending out critical errors.. I put the phone down very quickly ,be very careful i believe this to be a scam ..
