This is a PPI call. I pressed 5 to speak to the call centre. This is how it works. They have call centres which are not a part of the PPI company, they just make the cold call with their automated system, the automated dialing software offers you the option of speakign to someone if you press 5. you will speak to someone at a company who deals with the cold calling. This company is NOT the company dealing with the PPI stuff, I am guessing so that they themselves are not responsible for the cold calling part and therefor not at risk from losing their opertaing license from Offcom (or maybe this set up simply negates the need for Offcom licensing).
If you go past the first company, in this case, called, Applied (or apply?) (THIS IS THE COMPANY CALLING YOU FROM 02030510334). They will then feed you through to someone at the company AMSOL FINANCE.
