   I got called from this number and spoke to a chap called Abu. He was calling from O2, at first I thought it was a hoax and a third party trying to sign me up to something but because I am on to he was able to send to me a security code which verified him to me and also me to him. He works in the loyalty and retentions team for  the O2 franchise team. He looked into my account and made sure I was on the right package, He gave me a great deal and saved me some money. The new phone arrived the following day via ups. The following week I got him to upgrade my son and daughters account. Great chap and was quite funny. If this number calls you make sure you answer or you will be loosing out!
