   Knew my name & address, said call was regarding my washing machine cover. I said, "I think you are mistaken."
   He hung up...

   Claiming that they have the service policy for my washing machine. Knew my name, and I suspected it was a scam so I asked him to specify which model washing machine as we have two, and he hung up.

   called 12/10 at 16.13. He knew my name and address and kept repeating it until I answered him. aggressive and argumentative as i was suspicious of his questions. trying to sell washing machine cover that had just expired. My cover expired years ago so knew wasn't genuine.
