2 calls the 1st was silent to i swore at them. sorry bad temper. a short wile later they tried again so i left it. my elderly parents recently answered and handed over card details for the pc scam. luckily the card company refused it. these people are the devil.

Telephone number just called to say my Sky Card (whatever that is) was due to expire next week. Wanted me to confirm my details. Call ended when I said if it was Sky they would not talk to me without security questions because the contract is in my husband's name.

only spoke to me once about my computer saying I had virus and if I switched it on the would talk me through how to fix it. I had already said it was grandsons computer to get rid of them. now they call at least 4 to 5 times a day I do not answer.

These people rang my 70 year old Dad and when he said he didn't have a computer they preceeded to say F**k you, F**k you. He hung up and they rung back saying 'you are the only one left in the country!!!???? This has really upset my Dad a lot. I am so angry how they have managed to make my 70 year old Dad afraid in his own home! :(
Dad replied 5/7/14, 4:19 PMIn cases like this you should tell the police, harassment and threats are criminal offences. The more reports they get the more likely they may actually do something about it. Harassment because there was no commercial need to call back, your father has no computer. -

These people call every day, always a strong Asian accent stating some rubbish about a PC issue. I now recognise the number so I don't answer but it's very annoying as I'm inbetween jobs so at home all of the time waiting for calls re work

They call at lest 7 times a day and when you answer there is no noise and then the line goes dead. However, before we started getting these calls 'Bill from Microsoft' called and said there was a problem with my computer. I told him I did not have one so was unsure how there was a problem. He promptly hung up.

Worried reported Allegedly the National Accident Helpline with the number +442031291891 as Harassment calls
I was called by this number, claiming to be from the national accident helpline, and claiming someone at the address had been in an accident. I told them we haven't, and hung up.
The same man then called back on another number (037199999999) and asked my age and if I was single or married!Raymond replied 5/28/14, 1:15 PM037199999999 called me 4 times today claiming to be Windows Micro PC Solutions calling from New Delhi. They said my computer had a virus and they were getting error messages from it. They wanted me to turn on my computer so they could guide me but I refused. The Asian woman was very insistent and wanted to know when she could call me back. I told her not to as I did not believe she was genuine then put the phone down. 3 follow-up calls since then. The first was silent and rang off. The second was an Asian woman trying to tel me the same story. The third was ignored as I did not answer it. Beware! -

As a home carer the lady who's house I was in answered the phone but couldn't hear so passed it to me it was a man with a think Indian accent asking if I was mrs **** **** I just said joy interested and he said I beg your pardon then I put the phone down. He rang back straight away and said how dare I put the phone down and it was a recorded line and he was doing a data check for British telecommunications, he also mentioned Halifax bank he said he was going to read some statements and I had to verify what was true just told him to call back later as he was being really aggressive and he swore at me then

Really tired of this number calling me. 14 calls this morning. Being going on now for more than six months. This morning they introduced themselves as windows technical department. Calling me because i'd downloaded some bad spam. Other times they have said there from Bt technical support with the same sort of problems. Reported it to Bt and was told they were aware of it. Also was told about a phone i could buy to stop these calls. Why should i have to pay to stop them. My number is with-held and ex-directory. Surely bt can put a stop to these numbers.

Rang at 10.30 this morning, then again at 12.00 then again at 3.30. Did not answer as I have the BT call blocker phone with "do not disturb" on for weekend.
Tried to call back to find out who it was and got a snitty voice saying "this number does not take incoming calls".
Came to this site and found all these comments.
Immediately blocked the number.

This number is from a UK landline in central London. It is a scam service designed to elicit your account/credit card details in return for some apparent service the group is offering related to your PC. I am registered to TPS and X directory yet they still know my name and landline number so clearly they are in breach of telecoms rules. These scams are common knowledge, (I had to day an email from Herts Police detailing over 460 such attempted reported scams in Herts for the past months)and this number alone has had over 25000 searches on it, most presumably from fellow sufferers. My question is this: with so much evidence about its criminal intent why do the authorities allow it to operate out of Central London on a landline and why is someone not prosecuted?

Caller states he is from Windows services. Microsoft never phone the public. Nor do other IT services companies. The caller had an Indian accent. These guys call you to try and scam you. It is a shame that so many people are gullible and fall prey to them. I have had many calls over the last few months trying this scam.

I've had another call...decided to ring my local police station who gave me a number for Action Fraud. They have been set up by the National Fraud Department to record these such calls. Everyone needs to report these companies and then the National Fraud department can prosecute.

have received 9 phone calls from this number between yesterday and today. when I told the guy I didn't what to answer his survey he started to shout at me down the phone "WHY, WHY" he then told me if I answered the questions they would not call me back. I told him I don't like being blackmailed and under no circumstances would I answer any of his questions... he hung up. roll on next time!!!

9-12 calls a day in the last two weeks which is supposed to be half term for relaxing?! They claim to be from Choice UK conducting a survey, I have informed them endlessly i dont do cold calls or surveys yet they are relentless. - HOW DO WE GET RID OF THEM? i have barred them on my phone list but it now comes through as an out of area call aaaaaarrrrgggghhh!

This number started calling me on 20th April (Easter Sunday) trying to get access to my computer; have had at least 10 calls since then. The response to my request that they stop calling was: "you cannot stop these calls, we are unstoppable!" Hanging up on them makes no difference - surely BT have had hundreds of complaints and could easily disconnect this number - unless of course it may be a despicable way of selling thousands of new BT number blocker phones & units?!

These calls are infuriating. I don't have number display. I rushed in from the garden and when I answered the phone just now the line was dead - grrrrrr! so I dialled 1471. I have had these scammers on the line before - saying there's a problem with my computer. They have no way of knowing if you have a computer! When I challenged them before they just hang up. There should be a way of stopping these people's nuisance calls. I'm not on BT by the way (Plusnet.)

02031291891 - this guy with an american accent calls to say he's calling with reagrds to my windows operating system. i question him on what kind of computer i have and he hung up. this is a scam no question. be careful people.
