Yes hi we are calling you to let you know your pc is faulty and many errors are being reported when he asked what windows i was using,i said linux and he said their is no windows platform by that name i said i know, just like your not calling to help me dip shit and he got angry and called me all sort and hung up

SCAM to install mal-ware, viruses or take your data. A woman (sounded like she was from India, certainly Asia), called me. The number was not displayed/available. She said my computer was sending out thousands of errors and I needed to turn it on and she would talk me through fixing it (she would take me to a website. I asked what company she was calling from and she said "Nerd-i" (very apt) I also asked for her phone number (in case I needed to call back), which she gave me as 02031299503 while I said my laptop was booting up. I then asked where she got my number from and she said when I bought the computer (complete rubbish), they also had the wrong name - which I didn't correct. I asked for her to take me off their database, then she hung up. Completely untrustworthy!

This is a company claiming to be linked with Microsoft and there is a problem with your computer. They take control of it remotely, infect it, scam you for money and get hold of your bank details. They target older people and it is a crime. REPORT TO POLICE!!
