I was getting a call from this number 3-4 times a day for nearly 2 weeks. I finally managed to get to the phone to answer it and it was from "My Offers". They are an online survey company. They said I completed a survey about Scottish Power. I advised them I most certainly didn't as I avoid utility companies at all costs and never fill in surveys about them.
