Caller said they were from Overtech Support and I was getting error messages. I asked them how they knew & the response was that my pc had been sending them error messages (within the last hour. Hmm, that would be difficult as my router hadn't been on up intil thier call.
I told them they were cold calling a TPS no, but they denied it was a cold call. -
Wanted to prove to me I had problems with my PC. Gave me this number to call back when I had spoken to my advisor.

Called by person identifying themselves as from Windows Technical support. Described purpose of their call as in other messages listed. Gave a website reference to www.overtechsupport.com .

Caller said they were from ms windows technical dept and i was getting error messages they wanted to sort it out for me, i rang microsoft who told me they don't cold call. Number rang back and i told them i had reported them as hoax and they told me they were ms windows and they would cancel my licence if I wasn't willing to work with them - hoax!

02032394119 doesnt answer.The address above is a genuine address and is a building that has a number of companies registered there 020 8421 7474 maybe a call from YOU will help dissuade them from calling again.

Caller gave his identity as "MS Windows Technical Dept" when pushed for an address, this was given as "overseas House, 66-68 High Road, Bushey Heath WD23 1GG" Address did not match caller description.
