Just to confirm, after my previous post I reported this number to the police, who said it definitely is a scam, and that Microsoft would never call you about this sort of thing. These people will generally want remote access to your computer to "fix a virus" or something like that. They show you some files that they know every computer has and tell you they're harmful, which is completely untrue. They then use the remote access to steal from you.
Don't trust them- it's a scam, and don't worry- there's no virus. -

They called me today with a similar story of my new laptop downloading harmful files without my knowledge, and tried to get me to give them remote control of the computer, without really telling me what they wanted to do.
I asked him to call me back and googled the number- this thread may have saved me from falling into a trap- sounds very dodgey. My advice is treat the call as a scam, and if you're worried about the health of your computer, get it checked by someone you know you can trust. -

I received a call from Lisa on 442032395366 saying my computer was infected and I had to do certain things. I was unsure so said I would call her back. After reading other comments I suppose I should just ignore her. But what if my computer is infected?!

They also called me in november 2013. Told me they are "Windows Service Center in London", and my PC is highly infected by a virus, and ask me to go to my PC and do some manipulation to "repair it" with their help !
I told them Microsoft won't never do that ! They answer their are not Microsoft, and I can call them back to the number +442032395366. After 10 minutes of discussion, they disconnect the call. In my place the displayed number was 002145646792.
