Rude and aggressive - have all my details and want to send me paperwork to complete but didn't know who I took the credit cards out with. Hung up and they called me back 4 times in a row. ALWAYS report this type of call to the Information Commissioners Office - they take these people seriously and fine them thousands of pounds !!

Caller extremely rude. Told me they were sending me 2 letter through the post to claim my refund. Told them I did not want a refund they asked me why I would not want a refund of 2,500 pounds. Just very rude and aggressive.
