I like Ann also purchased xbox live 12 months membership for £27.99 on the 15th March. The company took my money from the bank on the 18th March and as yet I have not received the code needed. I have rung the number of the company several times to listen to an answer machine, I have emailed numerous times and have had no reply at all. I also will be looking into this.

This number is supposed to relate to a company that sell instant codes for gaming through email. I have paid £27.77 for xbox gold 12months but have not received a code and despite efforts to talk to the company am unable to do so. The land line has an automated message that tells you nobody is available so to leave a name and number and they will call you back. I have done this as well as sent emails. I am now about to hand this over to my bank to investigate.
