    Another call to the mobile. This one 09.11.2015. Some silly lady saying I had damage caused to my car, load of rubbish, 'Not in the last three years'. 'Maybe a family member' 'Maybe unknown to you!!' No, no, no I said rather sharply but when I asked 'What address do you have' she hung up! Felt Like saying two words to her!

    Called saying I'd had an accident recently. No I haven't so I hung up. Going to block the number now so they can't ring again.

    They cold called despite my number being registered with Preferred Callers. They used a Liverpool number 01512530929. Asked them for the details of the Ombudsman governing their company and they hung up. Gave a London Address for a Liverpool phone number.

    They ring, I answer. They say nothing, and after 10 seconds of silence they hang up. One minute later, repeat of the exact same scenario. If they don't want to talk to me fine, but why ring (twice) if they wont speak. Idiots.

    Keep ringing me even though I have asked them to remove my number from their system
    Now on the blocked list
