They call me told me about some organization name I didn't remember but he spoke my name and told me that we are doing survey about PLC. I replied him, I am busy and told him to call me after 1 hour and he hung up saying thank you for you co-operation. Person's voice not seems to be like of real UK based accent. Might be kind of luring for something.

It appears to be a scam. They try and get you to visit a masked website and when that fails start to ask lots of questions and dont want you to hang up. They will not listen to anything you have to say and are a real pain. I had to hang up. I think they record your answers and then try to use those answers to scan you somehow.
