Had a call from this number at 8.30am this morning. I didn't answer because I never answer calls from any number that is not stored on my phone (if it is important and/or the person knows me they will leave a voicemail).
Have just received a second call from this number at 9.15am! I let it bounce to voicemail again before withholding my number and calling the number. Some man with a very strong Indian accent answered with "Shameek."
The fact that he answered with no "Hello/Good morning" or any other politeness leads me to believe he is working in a call centre for a PPI claims company or something like it.

Someone called me 4 times today starting at 07:00 with this number but with the norwegian countrycode. Just now they called again but from UK. They wanted to know if I was looking for a job and that they had a position in Sweden and in London.
