10:48 23/10/19 called asking for my boss, citing his surname, about electricity account for renewal. I tried to explain my boss would not be interested in his call but he said that he would call again. Because he felt my comment was not worth listening to or understanding perhaps.

requested to speak to the person dealing with the electricity providing a name of a person who had left the company 3 years ago, then asked if I knew who dealt with it now to which I responded yes, and he asked if he could speak to them and I responded we already have a broker who deals with this. so he asked about telephones and other 'utilities' to which I responded the broker deals with these too!
