A male caller from Say & Save (07758788820) said he would like to ask a few questions and claimed he would not call again....
Then proceeded to tell me my Full name, Address..... when asked how he got that information he said from Public Databases...
After me telling him I would not answer any other personal questions, he asked if I was self employed etc....
When I repeated my earlier remark he hung up. -

Get these calls everyday, they ask for me by name and my response is " I'll go and get him he's in New York" and leave the phone on the side. Anything to waste their time. Asking them not to ring again is hopless.

Caller said that he was sorry to have disturbed me - I said he had - he said you have to listen to me for 60 seconds if you want us to stop calling you - I have never heard this before - when I said I actually was at liberty to hang up anytime I wished - and we both knew he was an illegal cold caller - he said I was wasting his time and hung up

5 calls in 5 days. Each one from someone saying that their name is Dave, Ian, Henry and even Sarah. We know that these are not your real names. I have asked to be taken off their list. I am even on the Telephone preference service list - not that it helps with such calls

Asian "Natasha" called on Saturday 4th April at 2pm. I've had dozens of these nuisance calls from this 'company' but after I told the last one to go away, well, two similar words anyway, they stopped for a while anyway, today's caller got the same response from me. Do not answer any of their questions, they sell your answers on to other telemarketing firms and you'll have never ending calls like this.

Say and Save (recently on 02035140462) regularly call, and usually mispronounce my name. Generally ring off if asked if they know about the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Unfortunately it doesn't stop another operative ringing back within a few minutes or hours.

I'm getting sick and tired of this 'company' ringing me. I asked to speak to 'simons' boss and he asked if I was joking and laughed at which point I lost it with him and he hung up. They ring at least 3 or 4 times a week and have previously rung 2 or 3 times in a day. These cowboys need to be shut down

Constant calls from this company I have said I will report them to police for calling they carry on they phone 4-5 times a day I have asked for the director of the company name they just keep asking me to answer surveys they are extreamly rude when I find out the company I will be taking action against them .

totally nuisance calls, constant, all hour.Told them to remove me loads of times but ignored.Even did the survey with false answers hoping to stop them. No joy. They need closing under the new harassment law.They even withhold number too sometimes.

This company has called me multiple times in the last month including the early hours of the morning. They aggressively state that they want you to complete their 50 second survey. I asked them to remove me from their database to which I was told they can only call once. That is once per telephone operator!!!!! The man I spoke to today refused to listen when I stated that I am on nightshift and he disturbed my sleep and told me he was calling me for the first time and it didn't matter that his collegue had called me already. I am fed up with this ridiculous company.

The Asian man keeps ringing me several times a week, when I say take me off list as im disabled and cant get to phone he carries on talking ignoring me, a week ago I was so annoyed at this constant calling I blew a whistle down phone, he then was laughing at me, I hung up, he then rang straight back saying lalalalala I hung up. he then rang next day, I decided toget him to spell out who he was ringing on behalf of, he said say and save and that if I took part in his survey he wouldn't call me again, so I did his survey, it mainly was asking can someone from edf /eon energy ring me, all different companies I said NO to all, at end I said I am disabled and not to ring me again I also said I was registered with telephone preference service and that I should not be getting these calls ,at this point he said shit,shit, shit and hung up, so far , been 5 days he has not called me, but wont hold my breath

I think they now operate under the name 'Say and Save'.They send your details to English companies who then try to sell you their products. Out of interest I told the Asian girl who called last month I had a bad back. within a week a lady from 'Bath Knight' based in Stoke called about walk-in bathing. Say and Save called 6 times yesterday. My advice is if you wait more than 2 seconds after saying hello, put the phone down as it's almost certainly a marketing call from India.

I have adopted the "silent" approach to unknown callers - pick up, stay silent, and if it's voice activated, it will click off in 2/3 seconds.
If it's someone who actually wants to talk to you they will probably try a tentative "Hello?" and then you can decide to respond or just cut the call. -

Sounded like an Asian call centre. Usual attempt to confirm householder name. After (politely) refusing, I was (aggressively) told that I would continue to receive calls until I had answered the "survey", then they hung up. Charming.

Just received a call from this number. I didn't answer it but dialed the number with the 141 prefix, a man with an strong Indian accent answered 'Survey and Save' I told him I was reporting his company as I am registered with TPS. - for what it's worth!

Have been called by 02034639204 02036511237 511240 511249 511253 throughout the day. I have an answering machine so don't pick up if I don't know the number but I am aware of these numbers from sites like yours. They are a nuisance and need to be stopped but I can't see who will have the balls to do this. As this comes through on the business line it gets very annoying but have also had a few on the private line and this number is not given out except to friends. Get a grip ofcom!!

Told TPS, have truecall so complete record of harassment since 19/08/2014 first called on overseas number 0002034639204 so blocked it. Less than week later 02034639204 starts calling, they were told to remove my no. From calling list...they just hung up....women calls next...asking for someone I have never heard of...she's told not to call and I reported them again to TPS.
Blocked number again, reported to TPS and Ofcom. -

I get at least one call every day, despite being with TPS. The calls are silent. I am also ex-directory.
Please, anyone getting calls from this number, make a complaint to Ofcom. With enough complaints they will investigate and can levy a lovely big fine -

Called out of the blue, I answered "Hello" at 19.30 on a Friday night, a foreign male, African/Middle East accent told me it was a survey of Cumbria, who I was, and my address, and tried to get me to confirm those facts. I told him "You're telling me" more than once, when he hung up.

I answered the phone but had to wait several seconds for a response. I'm slightly disabled and had forgotten about nuisance calls. I was stunned how this Asian women knew my name and she asked me if I got a local newspaper at my home. I replied "no, but I'm on interested in newspapers". When she replied that it wasn't a safe call I just said "Well goodbye then" and hung up. I asked my support worker about them and I think they are just trying to rob you. I called back several times but they just hang up. They should be made illegal

Thank goodness I am not too old to be fooled by these people. They insight fear into people assuring that all my area, obviously apart from me, have been involved in this survey and it is going to help everyone but me. Please people do not EVER converse with any callers who ask questions, albeit in a very clever and roundabout way. An elderly neighbour was asked how she coped with her garden would she like some volunteers to help her tidy up the garden and clean out the gutters, this led onto do your own your own home.

Ken Parker from Wolverhampton ringing me on a mobile number, asking to do a 60 second survey. (Same story as above). Ken had an Asian accent and gave me his company name as well. When it was clear I was googling, he hung up. I then rang back on the mobile number and spoke to a man who claimed to know nothing about Say and Save and was off to have a chat with his mobile phone provider.
