   the same Asian guy called me on a mobile number 07944110011 again saying my computer needs fixing and to follow his instructions otherwise my Microsoft windows will not update correctly

   this Asian guy from Microsoft windows said my PC was running slow and apparently had my IP address which he got when I bought the PC!!!tried to get me to open my PC so he could talk me through the process to clear up blockages, told him to ring back tomorrow after I have done some checks. it will be interesting when I tell him of this web site scam :-D

   Called today at 10.45 claiming that they were calling from Microsoft. As a computer technician I know Microsoft absolutely do not make these calls. They are designed to try and trick you into to giving either remote access to your machine. Giving your details to a webpage that is made to look like a Microsoft one or downloading a malicious programme which then collects all your details. This has been going on for years cant believe they're still trying it on though.

   London number (fails to connect on call back) Indian voice asking to speak to Mr ......, told me I had a serious issues with my PC.
   When I asked him for the identity of the PC and its serial number so I could identify which of the 200 PCs at my location was the issue he blathered a bit and then when I asked him which of the Police Constables he wished to speak to he hung up.

   call from lady first then a gent with non english tongue saying my pc was running slow they could fix this problem for me. I said no and had 19 more calls even tho i have blocked the number. scam

    Just had my third call from this number. The guy at first said that he was from Microsoft windows security and started telling me things to do on my computer. I pretended I was doing it while I googled the number and saw that this was a scam caller. He asked me what was on my screen now so I read what the web page had on it about being a scammer. He quickly changed to shouting down the phone at me and said he never said he was from Microsoft (which he did), I asked him where he was calling from then and he said a global known system provider, when I insisted he tell me his company name, he hung up the phone. I would advise to avoid at all costs and do not follow instructions or give out any information.

    Just had one exactly the same as Bob. Son answered phone and said he knew nothing of it and to try another day (not knowing whether either of us parents had previously had dealings with them.

    I have just had a call from this number - a man with an Asian accent (possible Indian) asking me about my computer,. saying there was something wrong with it, and he wanted to sort it out for me. I put the phone down, but he tried ringing back twice more.
