A stereotypically Indian sounding woman called from this number today. She talks extremely quickly in an attempt to confuse, prevent rational thinking to get your information. It is 100% scam! This scammer woman said many O2 customers have complained; that my SIM would be blocked in a few days and a new one sent.
I neither confirmed nor denied any information and told her nothing of any consequence nor use. Repeatedly I said in English "If this is a genuine call, then send me whatever text / e-mail / postage, that's fine, but you would already know those details. I am NOT confirming nor denying anything, nor giving any information and I am entering no contract at all." Eventually she conceded defeat. I told her "Good bye" in Hindi and I ended the call.

They called me pretending to be from O2 and tried to get me to confirm my details. I hung up on them. I am NOT with O2!!
