   We are getting calls on a regular basis from this number. This morning I decided to ask my own questions. It seems they do not have a phone number they are willing to give out. They want to ask questions on household matters (although they deny this is a survey). When I asked if they were calling from the UK they said no South east Asia. He would not take no for an answer so in the end I have told him in no uncertain terms not to phone again and I was banning this 0203 number but to be honest it will make no difference we (UK telecom authority) have no jurisdiction in South East Asia. It will be a scam just put the phone down on them.

   Hung up after a few seconds without speaking. Not the first time I've been pestered with unsolicited silent calls from this number, despite being registered with TPS. Report them to ICO or Ofcom.

   wanted to speak to my mother who has dementia/Alzheimer keeps phoning and don't seem to understand that my mother has this..HOW RUDE IS THIS..spoke with an Asian accent and doesn't understand to stop harassing my mother..might be in his country people are condemmed to live in squaller
