Caller wanted my bank details for my boiler insurance to be extended at no charge, lt wasn’t a recorded message, when I wouldn’t give her any details I was transferred to the accounts department where a man tried to reassure me they were legit. I asked them to call tomorrow and speak to my husband but my free 1 year insurance had to be sorted today. I hung up.
