I got some harrassment calls from time to time. So I devised a script which I copy and paste. Feel free to do the same. Script Follows:

NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL IS NOTICE TO AGENT.
I have never solicited your company for information. This is SPAM and Telecommunication Fraud.
Any more JUNK Mail or Spam calls from you or/and your company will be charged at the rate of £100,000 per minute or part thereof in substance nunc pro tunc. Substance = Gold, Silver, Real Estate Property etc Only exemptions I will consider are wedding rings.
You have been NOTIFIED!"
Once they get this NOTICE I have never had spam phone calls or email or snail mail back.
Feel free to use for yourselves. I also have a system for not getting witheld number calls. You may try it and see witholding your number: 07074574686. This is a genuine number I own. It is not a spam number but to my business line. Try it, "it goes like this " this is an numanned phone and if you have the balls to call me, you should have the balls to identify yourself. Dont leave a message as it will not be heard or responded too".
I have used this number and even the police get the same message. They withold their numbers. They then have to call without witholding their number.

I had a phone call yesterday from a person calling themself Hannah, saying that her records show I had an accident which was not my fault within the last year to three years.
I asked her to repeat it as the voice did sound automated and the question was much the same. When I asked where did she get my number from, she just hung up.
I send a text back saying 'remove me from your calling list before I take legal action'
If the ring again I will take them to court for invation of my personal life, disrupting my sleep as I work shifts, causing me to be irritable due to being harrassed and tired. Causing distress to my wife and children due to a knock on effect from my lack of sleep etc... -

Just been called about 'an accident I was involved in'. When 'Hannah' asked whether this information was correct, and I replied it wasn't, she hung up immediately. Obviously touting for a victim ... I hate calls like this and hope no one ever falls into their traps.

Calls me every day. Girl called Hannah telling me I've been in a car accident. I remind her that we had this conversation yesterday and that I don't drive. She acknowledges this but insists I have had an accident anyway! Same time tomorrow then Hannah ffs!!!!

Had call today about my non-accident from 0208 3634 9821, introduced by "Hannah" then transferred to "Christopher Angel" (or was it "Frank Fergusson" or "Uncl Tom Cobbley").
Claimed to be Based at 14 Tottenham Court Road.
Had great fun talking to him (despite the noise in the background - what a busy office!!) about my non-accident. Eventually he caught on and hung up. -

Got a call from everybody's best friend Hannah today as well. Same story about an accident I had been in that wasn't my fault (and never happened). Sounded like a recording to me. She was kind enough to tell me they'll take my number of their database. This is the best day of my life! I won't get hassled anymore by these pointless calls!

Didn't even know my name and dodged revealing "herself" (seemed possibly like an amazing robot or some fat dude scammer triggering pre-recorded sentences). One of the weirder harassment calls due to the fact that if that's a robot, we're all doomed. -

Received a call from Hannah saying I had been in a recent accident. When I said I had she asked me for the date of it. When I told her she should know the date she again asked the same question!! When I asked how she had got my number she promptly hung up!!!

During the calling, it seems like she got a bad signal, starting with the same statement then I asked where did she got my number and who left the number? Please look into it...She said ok and hang up on me.

Cheeky little gits, it wasn't a Hannah but he was still just as rude! Had the missed call so rang back, explained I have never been in an accident so he hung up just before I was about to tell them to remove me from what ever scamming list I was on. I rang straight back and guy knew that it was me again and he answered the phone with "YES?!" so I said what I was going to say on the first call and the cheeky turd responded with "done! you happy now?!" I went to go on a rampage and the cretin hung up. Grrr...

Call received from this number. I answered to be asked about the recent injury from the accident I just had. I queried the accident, wanting more information from them. They repeated the question about the injury. I asked them where they got my details from, but they were unable to reveal that information. I was transferred a total of 5 times to different people, supervisors, managers etc., but when I asked them to tell me 'my name', in order to find out if they knew who they were speaking to, they said 'you don't know your name??' FFS. A joke. Finally, after I kept on questioning them and getting no-where, they hung up.

Just had call from Hannah Claim injury law 02036349839. She told me I had been in a car accident, I didn't confirm I had or hadn't & asked where she got her information, she said from road traffic department. She again asked me to confirm if I had. I asked what was name of person she was wanting to speak to to which she replied does anybody else at that address drive. I asked her name of company telling her I wanted it to report them, she gave me it again.

Received a call from Hannah saying I had been involved in an accident (which I hadn't). It was a nuisance call. I found out it is from injury Claims Law. Don't touch them with a barge pole. I am already on the telephone preference service. I have complained to the information officer and the law society.
Same as me. Girl called Hannah (sounded like Birmingham accent) - said I was in an accident. I asked was this the one from 28 years ago to which she replied yes. Funny that seeing as I wasn't born then. Swiftly hung up.
Have saved the number in my phone so I know not to answer again in future.
To which I replied - "What's my name?"
Hannah then hung up as she didn't know. Probably random dialling mobile numbers to try and con somebody.
I said hello twice before Hannah asked me about my accident. I was in work or would have had some fun with her. My husband and I were at home when she phoned him. He played along and told her all about his accident when he soiled his trousers. I couldn't breathe for laughing. At least it cheered me up on a hungover bank holiday Monday!
It's also worth calling them back if you are bored, and you will get through to a real person in India who claims Hannah is an important meeting, I said she can't be she just called me on my mobile, and i'm returning the call on a landline as I couldn't hear her!
