Over the past year I have been inundated with unsolicited calls from this company from their different offices, even though we are signed up to TPS. The recent rash of calls started on 3/11/2015 when I managed to obtain the above number (all other calls say caller withheld their number).They do give the option to press 8 to be removed from the list but this hasn't worked previously. So I now ask for further details by pressing 2 and when they ring back later get them to tell me who they are and what they are offering and then Bo---ck them when they say I should be choosing option 2 and not wasting their time if I am signed up to TPS. Today I have received my 4th call from them since 3/11/15 so I'm afraid I really went wild and used the 'f' word several times and reminded Sarah from their Glasgow office that it wasn't up to me to listen to their marketing call and then to choose option 2 - but it is their responsibility to check whether I'm signed up to TPS before they ring.

Caller said she was from "Energy Centre". Spoke with Scottish accent (all the unsolicited calls I get about energy saving are from callers with Scottish accents - co-incidence or what?). She said it was about a 'windows scrappage scheme' (Perhaps she works for Apple). She knew my name and said I had answered a survey, which I hadn't. I wouldn't buy from an unsolicited call.

This number repeatedly dialed me from onwards 28/10/2015, after 5 days I put them on call reject. I've just noticed that the scamers/criminals are trying it again (they must be either scams or criminals because their ignoring the UK ICO and TPS Preference Scheme Codes).
