Calls from 02038597221 are associated with Scam Housing Team - Expert Opinion

The phone number, +442038597221, has received overwhelmingly negative feedback, consistently labeled as a scam. Multiple users report it as a scam call, with one user detailing a caller attempting to reach someone named Margaret Weir – a common tactic used by scammers who use pre-obtained lists of names. The caller's immediate hang-up upon being asked to spell the name is further evidence of suspicious activity. The claim of being a "housing disrepair team" is another common scam vector, attempting to gain access or information under a guise of authority. The lack of a voicemail suggests a deliberate attempt to avoid leaving traceable information. Overall, the evidence strongly points to this being a scam number, likely using pre-obtained data to target victims.
