Claimed to be from Sky insurance, stating my TV cover was out of date and would be canceled. I pretended to check my documents and mentioned they had just taken the payment. At that point, she abruptly hung up. It was clearly a scam, as I could hear a noisy call center in the background with voices speaking in Indian accents.

They called asking me to insure my Sky equipment, but since Sky owns everything, it was clearly a scam. The offer made no sense, and it was obvious they were trying to get personal details under false pretenses.
